There are parking signs at the entrances of our garage gates as well in multiple locations in the parking garage, and it is also stipulated in your signed lease agreement. It is unfortunate that you parked a vehicle in the garage without a parking permit. As we mentioned, we must be fair and consistent with anyone who is towed from the garage without a parking permit. Granted, it’s a corporate-owned building, but management should advocate for the residents when it comes to building security. I feel management could do more to make this a safer community to live in.

The elevators and hallways are frequently defecated in by pets, although maintenance will come clean it up. In the event you need a fob to get in because it’s not working, you are charged a fee. They recently switched to keyless entry however, the Chirp system isn’t always reliable. We are also charged $95 for a technology package that you cannot opt out of. We are charged for water, gas to heat the water, water waste, trash, and sewage. There are no cameras in the garage and again, “security” patrol can usually be found in the hub eating lunch or in their cars smoking. Residents are charged $100 a month per space, per vehicle. There is a courtesy security patrol but calling them “security” is a stretch of the imagination. Cars are constantly broken into and packages stolen. When there is an issue with the lack of security or a package is missing, their actual response time is quite fast but It’s always the same answer “ thank you for reaching out, we realize there’s a problem, and if you have a major security concern, call the Long Beach Police Department. I need to explain my rating on reliability and responsiveness.
